We are located in the Surrey, B.C. which is approximately 60 miles South of Vancouver, B.C. and 20 miles North of Abbotsford.

We have three Store Levels:
* Basic Store – List up to 300 items for a flat fee of just $ 4.50 per month
* Basic plus – List up to 1000 items for a flat fee of $ 7.50 per month
*Pro Store – List up to 3000 items for a flat fee of $ 12.00 per month

How do I open a Store

Click the Open a Store Link on the http://www.royalorganic.ca or RoyalORGANIC Store Banner.
2) Select one of the Three Store Plans
3) Choose I am a new Store Owner
4) Choose a Username and Password
5) Fill out your Contact Details, Business Details and Click Setup My Store.

I don’t remember my password

We all forget our passwords from time to time so don’t worry just click on the Forgot Password link at the bottom of the Login Box and you will receive a link to create a new password via email.

Can I change my information?

Yes it is a good idea to keep all your information up-to-date. Just login to your control panel, click on your store name and you can update all your information.

Can I have more than one Store

Yes you can

What if you don’t have a category for my product?

If we don’t have a category suitable for your product just email support@royalorganic.ca tells us what you require and we will add it for you.

Can I Yes you can have my own dot com name
Yes you can! If you already have registered your dot com or dot net name just re-direct it to your RoyalORGANIC Store . If you have not registered your dot com name you can go to registrars like Go Daddy, register your name (if available) and re-direct it to your Royal RoyalORGANIC Store .
